We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a Digital Product has been:

  • Successfully downloaded to your device
  • Accessed, opened, or viewed through a download link
  • Delivered to your email address or customer account
  • Made available to you through any other delivery method

This no-refund policy exists because, unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned once they have been received and accessed. The delivery of a digital file constitutes the completion of the transaction, and there is no mechanism to verify that the content has been “returned” or is no longer in the customer’s possession.

3. Goodwill Exceptions When We May Help

  • Corrupted or Unreadable File: If the digital file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened using standard software, we will promptly provide you with a working replacement copy of the same product at no additional cost.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a product different from the one you purchased — due to a technical error or processing mistake on our end — we will correct the error by providing the correct product or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Approval of any exception is entirely at the discretion of rezrox.com. Meeting one of the conditions above does not guarantee a refund. In all eligible cases, our first course of action will be to offer a replacement file or product before considering a monetary refund.

4. Refunds Are Not Guaranteed

We want to be transparent: refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances. Even in exceptional cases, the decision to issue a full refund, partial refund, store credit, or replacement remains entirely at the sole discretion of rezrox.com after review of the circumstances and supporting evidence provided.

The following situations will not be considered valid grounds for a refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase or download
  • Claiming the product did not meet personal expectations when the description was accurate
  • Incompatibility with software or devices not specified as supported in the product listing
  • Failure to read the product description or technical requirements before purchasing
  • Purchasing a product as a gift and the recipient not wanting it
  • Financial difficulty or unintended purchase where the product has already been accessed
  • Requests submitted beyond 7 days of the original purchase date

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for review, regardless of circumstance.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with our support team, we reserve the right to provide the relevant payment processor or financial institution with full transaction records, delivery confirmation data, and any other documentation demonstrating that the product was delivered as described. Repeated or fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in being permanently blocked from making future purchases on the Site.

7. Compliance with International E-Commerce Standards
